I have a mental neighbor who lives next to me! She's been leaving her dog poop & trash on the stairs for more than two & half. Every time she leaves the dog poop in the stairs & garbage out, I take pictures and send them to the manager Andrea. I still have all the pictures in my Iphone.  When she screams & yells at me. Shut the door very loudly. She wakes up the baby downstairs. The neighbor has witnessed some of the screaming and yelling at me.  Every time I report her to the manager. Andrea will tell me that I was the one who screamed! I told Andrea I've a few of my neighbors who witnessed all the abuse and sent her messages. 12/2022, I left an empty box out to recycle it.  It was very windy, the air pushed the box to her side.  She came with her boyfriend, another friend knocking on my door screaming at me. Telling me"TAKE YOUR GARBAGE OUT OF MY SIDE"  Every time she yells and screams at me I call the manager Andrea.  6/16 on Friday she almost struck me. She called me bitch, old woman, growup. I reported her to the manager so many times. Andea told me that all the neighbors love her! Noone has complained about her 6/23 the manager sent a violation note! "Hi Nadia, another tenant came forward and verified your neighbors story of the conflict that happened last Friday. Because of this I'm going to have to issue you a violation notice for conduct today. Please feel free to call me or stop by the office if you want to talk about this." Yesterday I got another letter from Glenbrook. Telling me it was my mistake!  She stated Three violations!  Please let me know what else to do! I'm very sure GlenBrook management  is Racist and discriminating against me. I'm an Arab American woman. I have lived in this apartment since 2008!
