Washington, DC - Michael Hanna is an Egyptian-American class action civil rights attorney at Morgan & Morgan, P.A., the nation’s largest Plaintiff’s law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful. He has litigated hundreds of federal claims across the nation and is committed to defending the rights of employees and those who are unlawfully discriminated against. His law practice focuses on the prosecution of discrimination claims against the federal and local governments, as well as public and private employers. Mr. Hanna also litigates numerous class and collective action lawsuits across the nation, including one of the largest nationwide collective actions under the Fair Labor Standards Act, which has recently been conditionally certified on behalf of more than 27,000 potential class members.
