I found one person David F. Black on face book who had some problem with Eileen Solomon.

So did I when I lost my Condo!!

I talked with her two days ago, still she's denying any wrong doing with my case against Bob Ackerman!!

Ms. Solomon had the nerve to lie & exaggerate the # of years too!!

MY COMPLAINT AND FOIA REQUEST FOR CASE NUMBER AND COPIES OF ALL NOTIFICATIONS BY H.U.D. TO ALL PARTIES AS DEFENDANTS

Dear Ms./Mr. Director of Portland H.U.D Fair Housing Office:

Enclosed are attachments of letters received from the Seattle HUD office regarding my Housing Discrimination Complaint to Secretary Donovan in Washington for Reverse Redlining, Predatory Lending, Denial of Access to HAMP, and Harassment over the telephone by EMC Chase/Chase National Bank as parent company,

I am requesting a CHANGE of VENUE from Seattle to Portland, Oregon pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act and HUD regulations since it is a severe hardship for me as a Totally Disabled Vietnam-era Navy veteran to prefect and pursue this complaint with HUD and potentially federal court here in Portland, Oregon.

I live just across the river in Vancouver, Wa. and request that my case be moved here to the Portland HUD office. Please note the attachments that I received from the Seattle HUD office that were mailed on October 19 from Seattle and I received it on Friday October 22 with only that day to respond. I did respond via telephone , please see attached email s to Ms. Solomon who was not at work nor was her supervisor.

I request in the future that all correspondence requiring a response from me give me at least 30 days to respond as a disabled person or waive the time requirement. I do not have an attorney at this time to represent me so I may be in the hospital SEDATED when you write me.

I would ask that I be given at least ten days to respond as allowed for by law. NOT mailing me the document letter enclosed two days before it is due and the staff knowing they were going to be off at the end of the week as well.

This letter constitutes in writing besides email to Ms. Solomon of the Seattle HUD office my timely response per the ten day requirement. I prefer to put my intake statement in writing as well through counsel since I am disabled person and am not familiar with all the regulations surrounding this complaint process.

Please see attachments and please notify all the parties as stated in my email to Ms. Solomon to include the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. I ask for additional time to conduct the intake that will allow me to find an attorney without prejudicing my case for dismissal for non compliance to respond to your requests in a timely manner.
