UO bias team stirs free speech discussion

UO bias team stirs free speech discussion: For 15 years, the University of Oregon has fielded a “bias response team,” whose members approach students, faculty or staff who had been reported for making off-color or offensive remarks. Others see the team as a squad of “thought police” that freezes out the potential for an exchange of ideas.
