Neighbor: Man found dead in Whiteaker alley with head wound: A Whiteaker resident said Thursday night that he helped turn over the body of a man who was found dead with an apparent gunshot wound to the head on West Fourth Alley in the Whiteaker neighborhood. Frederick Roelling said he heard five or six shots fired in the area of West Fourth Avenue near Adams Street. He said he then came out of his house and saw a blue Mercedes head north on Adams Street and a man in an orange hoodie running south on Adams.
