Shame on Trillium investors: Shame, shame, shame on former Eugene Mayor Jim Torrey, Slocum Orthopedic Clinic surgeon Thomas Wuest, business magnate Jordan Papé and many others! They have reaped millions of dollars in profit from taxpayers’ money earmarked for medical care for the poor — and then tried to keep it secret! Perhaps their actions are not illegal, but they certainly are self-serving and unethical! I hope The Register-Guard will print a full list of doctors reaping this bonanza, so that I can be sure not to use them for my own medical needs.
