Woman pushed through window at restaurant in downtown Eugene; man arrested: A 40-year-old homeless man allegedly pushed a woman through a glass window at the Davis Restaurant & Bar in downtown Eugene on Thursday evening after the woman told the man’s dog to stop barking. According to Eugene police, John William Tarry became angry when the woman, 31, scolded the dog, so Tarry pushed her through the window at 94 W. Broadway.
