People had say on homeless camps: In response to a recent letter proposing a vote on homeless camps in every Eugene City Council ward: We did vote. There were advertised meetings about homeless camps in each ward from neighborhood organizations. The City Council and its committees advertised many meetings and hearings on the issue.
