(HARTFORD, CT, 2/21/20) – The Connecticut chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-CT), a chapter of the nation’s largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, today condemned vandalism at The Holy Family Passionist Retreat Center in Farmington, Conn.

Satanic symbols were spray-painted on the peace garden and stations of the cross at the monastery sometime Wednesday night. The FBI and Farmington Police are investigating the vandalism as a religious hate crime.
