Grassley wanted to find out why the many individuals who had committed perjury have yet to be indicted. The investigation conducted by the Senate Judiciary Committee in November 2018, revealed that nearly every allegation made against Brett Kavanaugh, especially allegations made by Dr. Christine Blasey Ford were devoid of credibility and, generally, were blatantly false. The Senate Judiciary Committee presented a 414-page report to Congress. We’d All Like to Know Grassley essentially said that more than two years ago “We had some bogus allegations against now Justice Kavanaugh. We know people lied to Congress and that’s against the law.” So he presented a criminal referral to the Department of Justice seeking prosecution. We would all like to know why no action has been taken by DOJ! What’s more we have other pressing concerns. Numerous Russiagate criminals likely won’t spend time in prison. James Comey won’t spend a day in jail despite lying to Congress. Andrew McCabe, dismissed by the FBI for ‘lack of candor’ and for other infractions, is still as free as bird. James Clapper will not likely spend a single day in prison, yet he lied to Congress, and then lied again about his lie, saying that “he was confused.” Perhaps the most hardened criminal director that the CIA has ever had to endure, John Brennan likely will serve no time in lock-up. Brennan flagrantly conspired in the White House, with Barack Obama and Joe Biden, when he coughed up information revealing that Hillary Clinton had purchased a fake dossier to besmirch Donald Trump. Not one of the people above is slated to be indicted, yet some have earned lengthy prison sentences for treason. Major Offenders The kingpin of domestic political criminals, Barack Obama, will not likely spend a day behind bars. In fact, he is now serving his third term as president, due to his deft control of Joe Biden. Obama weaponized the federal agencies, undermined Trump, and spent four years (of treasonous activities) to thwart the Trump Administration. Yet, all of this will go unprosecuted. Everyone connected with the Obama Administration, including the Eric Holder, the first U.S. attorney general held in contempt of Congress, and whose criminality in terms of allowing Black Panther intimidation in Philadelphia and a variety of other egregious acts, won’t spend one minute behind bars. Likewise, Lois Lerner, who quashed the Tea Party movement by illegally using the power of her government position to intimidate, harass, and hinder Tea Party members, won’t see a single day in prison. In fact, she has been on the public dole for eight years running and receives a generous government healthy pension. The one and only Hillary Clinton won’t spend a day in prison for any of the 33,000+ subpoenaed emails that she deliberately deleted. Yet, rank and file servicemen and women will serve 6 to 12 months or more in a federal penitentiary for the crime of deleting even one classified email. Each member of Hillary Clinton’s corrupt staff will see no jail time. Not, John Podesta, whose crimes are well-documented, or Huma Abedin, whose continual obfuscation and manipulations for Hillary Clinton deserve major scrutiny. So Much More All of the sinister activities to get Joe Biden ‘elected’ and virtually all of the treasonous individuals who participated in the election fraud are still free and unindicted. And Hunter Biden and the Biden crime family remain untouched. In the coming months, as 2020 election-related crimes are more fully exposed, will the clamor from the Right be sufficiently loud and long? After all, YEARS have gone by with no progress. Are the puppet masters waiting for Joe Biden to croak, going to use the 25th Amendment to dislodge him, or keeping him under their control for as long as practical? Who can say? Concurrently, the puppet masters will do anything in their power to harass, belittle, and indict those on the Right for even the slightest of offenses. This includes process crimes. We dwell in a society with a two-tiered justice system, to our national shame as a representative republic. That leaves Frohnmayer as the Board’s leading potential insider alternative to Berdahl. Here is Frohnmayer’s 2009 golden parachute sabbatical contract, negotiated with his pal George Pernsteiner. It took me three months and two petitions to the DOJ to force OUS lawyer Ryan Hagemann to produce this contract. It’s not hard to see why. Here’s a video clip of Frohnmayer trying to convince the UO faculty to go along with Pernsteiner’s plan for “voluntary furloughs.” This was right after Pernsteiner had given Frohnmayer a $150,000 bonus, and taken a raise for himself – which OUS spokesperson Di Saunders then tried to hide from the Oregonian, just as they’d tried to hide Frohnmayer’s previous raises, and who paid for them. Frohnmayer spent his sabbatical restarting his legal career, not doing the research he claimed he would do. Here’s the state audits division investigation report. He had to write a check refunding UO money. He was paid for retroactive summer contracts Russ Tomlin set up for him, after the lack of written contracts had been reported. Shades of Mike Bellotti. Frohnmayer never accepted responsibility for Bellotti, but blamed it all on his scapegoat, Melinda Grier. That’s leadership for you. He appointed Pat Kilkenny AD, after Kilkenny started making large donations to his Fanconi Foundation. Two weeks before stepping down as President he signed a secret deal with Kilkenny, giving the athletic department half off on overhead and requiring the academic side to pay them $375,000 for using the Autzen skybox. Here’s his current 600 hours contract with the Law School. Michael Moffitt is now keeping him on a short leash, spelling out what research he (or more likely his former special assistant, Jungian psychologist, and current “leadership” co-teacher Barbara West) must accomplish this year: Dave’s first 5 years at UO were pretty good for UO. Then came the WRC, Pat Kilkenny, the post-heart-surgery personality changes, the anger, the contempt for the faculty, the sell-outs, and the special deals for his friends in the central administration: John Moseley, Lorraine Davis, Dan Williams. Rumor is that Frohnmayer’s former secretary Carol Rydbom spent a year combing through his presidential papers (while on the UO payroll, of course) before transferring them to the UO archives. You have been told repeatedly that Kilkenny has very strong personal reasons for donating to the FA Research Fund that are wholly unrelated to his relationship to Dave Frohnmayer or the University of Oregon. One of his primary motivations was learning that his classmate at the U of O also has children afflicted with this disease. Yet, you continue to insinuate that his donations were related to his desire to be Athletic Director. This is completely baseless and untrue. I also want to respond to your statement in the earlier post alleging that the donations created a conflict of interest. As you’ve also been told repeatedly, Oregon law expressly exempts nonprofit donations from creating conflicts of interest. I have reproduced the relevant Oregon Code below. Follow the money" -- Harbaugh hit on some familiar themes, noting that while many things are in decline at UO, the compensation package of university President Dave Frohnmayer is not. If money is tight in the Oregon University System, Harbaugh wrote, the OUS Board "has somehow found the cash to increase UO President Frohnmayer's pay by 325 percent." He pegged Frohnmayer's total compensation at $717,000 ... ...And that prompted a revealing response from Ryan Hagemann, secretary of the State Board of Higher Ed. Hagemann wrote to The Oregonian, arguing that Harbaugh's numbers were wrong. He argued that Frohnmayer received a state salary of $245,700 and additional compensation from the UO Foundation of $199,260, putting his annual pay at $444,960. "As such," Hagemann's letter states, "Mr. Frohnmayer's total state and privately funded annual pre-tax salary combined is $444,960, not the inflated number of $700,000 as cited by Mr. Harbaugh. lf Oregonians are interested in comparing university presidents nationwide, The Chronicle of Higher Education completes an annual survey which is available on their website." As a result, the Op-Ed editor, Galen Barnett, asked Harbaugh if he could reconcile his numbers or if the paper needed to run a correction. Harbaugh copied me on the subsequent exchange of e-mails, in which he makes a persuasive case that "OUS is blowing smoke for Dave Frohnmayer, and they are doing it on the taxpayer's dime." Harbaugh and Hagemann agree that The Chronicle of Higher Education is the authoritative source on compensation packages. At Chronicle.com, we read, "Total-compensation figures include salary and benefits from institutional and private sources, annualized amounts of deferred compensation, and the amount of bonuses for which chief executives qualified during the fiscal year." An accurate figure should also include "housing and car allowances." Chronicle.com also considers the use of a university- or state-owned home, club dues and expense accounts part of compensation, but it doesn't include dollar amounts for those benefits in its final calculation. You'll notice I bold-faced "deferred compensation." Harbaugh counts it. Hagemann, curiously, doesn't. To cite just one example, Harbaugh said it took six months for him to obtain the invoice showing that OUS spent $45,500 on a 10-page consultant report "surveying the compensation for certain college presidents, which OUS obtained to determine the appropriate compensation for its presidents." That last quote, by the way, is from deputy AG Peter Shepherd. Harbaugh was forced to appeal to the AG's office when Hagemann redacted the names of numerous presidents and institutions when he turned that report over to Harbaugh. Last January, Shepherd granted Harbaugh's request for an unredacted copy of the $45,500 report ... which, Harbaugh writes, "was entirely cribbed from public data available for free from Chronicle.com (free for subscribers, and OUS is a subscriber)." "In summary," Harbaugh writes to The Oregonian, "I did the best I could to provide accurate numbers. The OUS has done everything possible to hide these numbers from me, and is now attempting to fool you. President Frohnmayer should give back $200,00 to UO." I'm much more annoyed by the lack of transparency at the University of Oregon than I am by Frohnmayer's total compensation package. But Harbaugh does provide us with links to stories about several other college presidents -- at Washington State University , the University of Florida , the University of Louisville and the University of Connecticut -- who have decided that returning salary to their school or rejecting a bonus is the right thing to do.
