EPD sent me Detective Jeffery Baugh to harass me last Saturday Oct.29/2022

I need your help with this harassment by the EPD. Detective Jeffery Baugh left me his card on my door last Saturday Oct. 29/22. I sent an email to the Eugene Police Chief. Chief Chris Skinner Yesterday Monday 31/22 Detective Baugh left me a voice message full of lies just like the criminal Police do! Baugh had lied by saying, he DIDN'T KNOW MY ADDRESS! Then, How come I was the only person from the whole apartment building who got his card!?! Plus Baugh is saying he left his card for the neighborhood of the EPD!
