In fact, Frohnmayer has a long history of displaying ethics that are "questionable." You think it's atrocious for him to take $550/hr to stump for the death industry known as Big Tobacco? I would claim that his attempt to persecute the NATIVE AMERICAN RELIGION as a whole might be considered even more egregious than that.

I don't mean to digress, but I will never forget watching the inimitable Albert Smith, a truly amazing state social-worker/counselor who Frohnmayer supported being fired for participating in his native religious ceremony. Smith was even a special guest on Nightline with Ted Koppel at some point during the course of his legal challenge to Frohnmayer's misguided crusade. And to this date I have yet to see *anyone* on national media who was more down to earth, less pretentious, and more humble as he cheerfully defended his right to practice his own religion. Even on national television, it was like he was your grandpa sitting and talking to you in your own living room. I thought to myself, "Frohnmayer is slamming *this* guy?" I was perplexed at best.
Anyway, that's just my reflection. Frohnmayer is certainly no hero, and I don't understand how anyone can stand up for him, especially after he has been revealed to have sold his soul even further now, this time pimping himself at the behest of what is perhaps the single greatest scourge of our nation's health.
